People think they know when they know nothing. They only know what they think they know - their own explanation, their own ideas. The nearest legitimate explanation they have. They don't realise that they don't know, don't understand anything, but yet they're so cocky about it. That's the worst part, isn't it? The cockiness and their know-it-all demeanour.
