Is it ironic when people who don't love themselves expect other people to love them and make them happy? I think a person cannot rely on someone to be happy. Happiness is from within, from yourself, a state of mind.

I'm not saying this because I think I'm one of those people who don't need a man in her life and such. Like most people, I do hope that I can get married someday, but I think everyone needs to love themselves before loving anyone else.
